I'm Damon Redmond. Morehouse College, Class of 1996. For 28 plus years, I built my career in real estate — closing deals, underwriting commercial properties, managing distressed assets, and working through over a thousand investor transactions.
Then came the $3.55 million lesson. I lost a deal that should have been the pinnacle of everything I'd built. And in that loss, I found something I wasn't looking for: a wake-up call.
